         Many times, we usually feel confused because of our job and other situation of ourselves. Also, some of people around us always don not understand us and criticize us. Then, we become more confused. Should we insist on our own ideas of our life?  Should we insist on our own thought to express to others or through the works to show our opinions? I will hesitate to do that, because nowadays most of the people will have the same judgment of some common things. We cannot ignore a thing is that we live in the society, so we are limited by those same judgment. However, sometimes, as the hours pass away, the situation always may have opportunities to change. Thus, we can forecast the result and judge the thing which we are doing. Maybe we can see a favourable turn during this process. In my view, if we do not want to change our own ideas, we should insist them. Maybe sometimes we will change our ideas or let it get others’ approval through we meet and learn things during this process.

        Oh, my God! Every day, I always heard some people say they want to do their own. However, how to do our own? I don’t know. It is almost impossible that we don’t care about others’ opinion of us because we live with others.  To tell you the truth, although I do not very understand Yoko Ono, I do not completely disagree with her.  As her style of art, I don’t think her paintings are weird. As the individual, we have a lot of different thinking. There don’t exist what is wrong and what is right. So, showing yourself is a good way to express your thinking. I think this is a way to express your view about this world. It is truth that we need to accept more impossible and unimagined things. As those regular art, such as beautiful painting or some things which can let us feel happy, we see too much. Through different way, such as negative space, to emerge can make us curious. That is undoubted that special things can easily catch us our attention.  I think the people who dare to do their own are not very many. However, people who can do their own are far fewer.

1. What was the same about the experience?  What was different?
In my view, the same is that I used the iphone to take photo at two times.  And my stuff in picture is all around me. The different is that this time, I need think about some topic and through the different view to take picture.
2. Which process was more enjoyable for you and why?
I think the process of finding an image from the point of view of ant and bird is more enjoyable for me. The reason is that I can think myself as an ant or a bird, so that is awesome.
3. Which images are your favorites?  Why?
I think the first, third, fourth and seventh pictures are my favorites. The reason of first is that it is awesome and reflects the grand sight. The reason of third is that it is perfect combination of light and dark. The reason of forth is that this picture makes me feel calm and peaceful. Finally the seventh one is my best favorite because that is a bird view which this bird is in a cage and want be free.

The visual culture plays a very important role in our life.  In our life, the ad is the widely form of visual culture. Businesses express their own ideas on their ad by denotations and some images. Clearly, those images have some important connotations. They communicate with the customer by the signs and images. Most of time, this type of ad always have positive effect. By the experiment, people found that we can’t describe or define a thing only through the way of images or linguistic messages. However, if we see a picture with images and some simple words which have some connotations, we will clearly understand what it means and leave a deep impression to us. In addition, sometimes, those impressions also can influence our choice. That is business’ purpose. Thus, the connoted image is the great way to show people’s thought. However, as different people, there have a lot of different explaining for one picture from every individual person, so, sometimes we can’t master everyone’s flavor. In this article, it tells that as a professional artist or a person who want to be an artist, big ideas are important to the creation and artmaking. Clearly, when we are student, we should develop this skill of big ideas. That can engage students in deeper level of thinking. Thus, how to achieve the high level of art making. First, we should developing big ideas. Students should have an enough knowledge base for working with their attention. Then communicating this idea with other artists is a way so that students can find personal connections to the idea finally. The personal understanding is very important. It is important that we can find overall purposes for artwork of artists from their big ideas. Second, we should build a bridge between big ideas and arkmaking. For this part, we should distinguish the subject matter and big ideas. The big idea give people a conceptual ground for art making. In addition, the subject matter as a way to examining the big idea. On the one hand, the subject matter is different from the big idea. Student can make an art making project by a set of self-imposed rules. At the same time, teacher should choose the conceptual outcome for students so that this process become more effectively. Making a unit plan is also necessary. That can let students have a strong understanding. On the other hand, we should keep the same big idea and make a different subject matter; teacher should encourage students employ a single big idea with more than one subject and investigate those ideas in greater depth. So, through those methods, student can improve the skill of artmaking. Hi, everybody! My name is Shirui Yan, and my English Shirley which is much like my Chinese name. I am from Beijing, China. And I think there is a bustling metropolis. I am very fond of small animals, Thus, I choose biology as my major. Because of my preferences, I kept a lot of pets. Currently, there has a very cute puppy which has pure white fur and lovely big eyes in my home. In my view, Dogs can give you infinite joy, although sometimes give it a bath is a trouble thing.

 I have many hobbies, in addition to music, painting and calligraphy, I also very much like to play Chinese chess and go. I love movies, especially fantasy and suspense movies, such as Harry Potter, Batman and Sherlock Holmes. One thing I feel regret is that I do not play the piano even though I like. Thence, I hope that I can get an opportunity to learn the piano to enrich my life. For sports activities, I am best at table tennis and shuffleboard. For my top list, my favorite band is Maroon 5, and my favorite television is the big bang theory. My favorite music is songs of Joe Hisaishi who is a Japanese Musician. My favorite sports team is the football team of OSU, and my favorite athlete is Yibing Chen who is a Chinese gymnast.
